6’ x 3’ exhibitor table in a prominent location near coffee/tea station with additional space on either side of table for banners, displays, equipment, or other promotional materials
Weekend lunch sponsor recognition
Includes signage at the lunch buffet with company logo on both Saturday and Sunday of the conference
Lunch presentation during conference
Company may select a speaker to deliver a 30-minute presentation during lunch on Saturday of the conference; this presentation is not for CE credit and the presenter may discuss specific proprietary products, feature the company logo, or discuss specific promotions and discounts for attendees
Evening mixer opportunity
NUNM staff will organize a company-branded mixer for conference attendees on Saturday evening of the conference, with the option for a representative of the champion sponsor to make remarks (up to 10 minutes; mixer venue does not include projector for slides or video)

Link to company website and information about products or promotional offers will be sent via e-mail to all attendees on the day before the conference (including live webinar attendees)
